Prawn aficionados will be excited for the launch of this 54-seater located on Lower Ground-East (LG-254) to experience a flawless union of fresh sea prawns, freshly prepared piping hot noodles and premium quality ingredients served in every bowl. The interior design is inspired by the famous Tsukiji Fish Market’s raw and lively vibes. Decorated with warm lighting and wall murals, the restaurant is characterized by dark timber with contrasting red and white graffiti and wood textures to create a casual and welcoming dining environment. PAN8’S FIRST FLAGSHIP STORE IN MALAYSIA
Founded by Executive Chef, Mario Kesemeyer and a young team of local talents, Pan8 will be debuting its first flagship outlet in Malaysia at the iconic AlFresco dining arcade by The Symphony East (GE-201) in IOI City Mall to bring the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle to Putrajaya. It combines the modern delicacies of the Mediterranean resort region of France, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Greece and Turkey which also evokes the healthy flavours of the Mediterranean coast.
From his early days, Chef Mario honed his skills in Michelin Star restaurants and elite hotels in Munich and Hamburg where he developed a penchant for Mediterranean, modern European, French and classic European cuisines. Pan8 is helmed by two local talents, Head Pastry and Bakery Chef Jet Ang, and Sous Chef Alan Leong. ROBATAYA’S FIRST OUTLET WITH OMAKASE DINING EXPERIENCE Robataya will be opening its first branch with omakase dining that offers a fun and relaxing dining atmosphere featuring fire-side cooking at IOI City Mall.

NAK NAK OPENS ITS FIRST OUTLET IN MALAYSIA
NAK NAK is a brand-new Korean-inspired quick service restaurant that has launched its first outlet in Malaysia at IOI City Mall located on Lower Ground-East (LG-248 & 249). It aims to make Korean food accessible to all and bring joy to Malaysians. With years of Korean fry experience gathered from K Fry Urban Korean, Nak Nak offers Korean fried chicken, 100% premium beef burgers, loaded fries, handmade cookies, bingsoo and more to Malaysian food lovers.

DIN TAI FUNG BRINGS ITS FIRST NON-PORK OUTLET TO IOI CITY MALL DIN by Din Tai Fung is Malaysia’s first non-pork restaurant by Din Tai Fung and will be opening its fifth outlet at IOI City Mall. Din Tai Fung is a renowned award-winning chain of restaurants with 140 outlets around the world. It was voted by The New York Times as the World’s Top 10 restaurants and CNN voted it as the Top 2 franchise for travellers. CAFÉ CHEF WAN

Café Chef Wan offers modern international cuisines and local favourites that tell stories of Chef Wan’s around-the-world culinary and travelling experiences. Founded in 2019 by Datuk Chef Wan and Mr Andre Shum; together they created their first brand called “De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan” which serves premium Malay cuisines with a state-of-the-art venue designed for an immersive event experience and now comes Café Chef Wan, the second brand under the group located by The Symphony East (GE-203).

KENNY HILLS BAKERS
Since 2014, the family-founded artisanal homestyle bakery and restaurant, Kenny Hills Bakers, has been serving handmade pastries, organic bread and family comfort food. Its new outlet by The Symphony East (GE-206) in IOI City Mall will be the 6th and the largest to date at 7,000 sq ft. which could cater to a maximum of 200 diners. The bakery and café will offer a huge island bar that combines multiple elements into one shared space: the bakery display, coffee bar and pizza bar. It will also house its own in-house bakery for daily fresh bakes. Meanwhile, its interior focuses on an old-school design with elements such as granite, black steel and solid timber with walls within the alfresco dining to create a more intimate space and semi-private dining experience.
