在今早的皇家调查委员会拒绝传召他供证之后，人民公正党实权领袖安华决定再抛出另一颗震撼弹，在其网站上公开不曾曝光的第三节“林甘影片”录影片段。这段长达5分钟的第三节片段，揭露影片主角林甘及商业大亨陈志远涉嫌贿赂前联邦法院首席大法官赛丁（Mohammed Dzaiddin Abdullah），以避免他在大庭广众公开抨击两人。
赛丁是从2000年12月至2003年期间，接任退休的尤索夫晋（Eusoff Chin）出任联邦法院首席大法官。
“ 我们已送他最昂贵的礼物”
林甘在影片中告诉访客说，他及陈志远分别已送了一份昂贵的礼物给赛丁，“我们还送了他最昂贵的礼物，别问哪是什么，我已经送了给他，陈志远也送了给他”。此外，林甘也说“他们”曾经3次与赛丁一起共进晚餐。
第三节片段显然是早前曝光的“林甘影片”完整版的延续片段。安华在去年所公布的逾14分钟长完整版揭露司法界派系倾轧，前两任首席大法官，即尤索夫晋与赛丁为了安排属意的接班人而勾心斗角。
尤索夫晋是在1994年担任首席大法官，于2000年卸任，并由赛丁接任。当赛丁于 2003年卸任后，则由被影片描绘为“尤索夫晋人马”的阿末法鲁斯接任。
拍摄林甘影片的罗国本的父亲罗美桦（左图）今日出席听证会时向记者表示，他已经吩咐罗国本找出原版录影，确保所有录影片段都交给皇委会，不会再有遗漏的片段，以协助皇委会查出真相。
证明司法黑幕超越调查范围
安华在其个人网页发表文告表示，之所以公开第三节的林甘影片，是要提供额外的证据，显示皇委会目前正调查的司法黑幕，远远超越操纵阿末法鲁斯攫升为首席大法官的调查范围。他表示，本身是在上周五（25日）接获第三节片段。
安华也指出，虽然皇委会的成立一度让马来西亚民众对恢复司法公信力存有一线希望，但是如今他们却对皇委会的听审过程与决定感到失望。
他认为，皇委会必须秉持最高水平的诚信与透明度，避免进一步侵蚀司法机构的形象，“我向公众提出这个新的证据，并向皇委会接下来的听证会，表达愿意充分合作的态度”。
皇委会是以安华所提出的证据，在现阶段与影片内容并无直接关系为由， 拒绝传召 他供证。安华继续公开第三节林甘影片的举动，显然是要向皇委会施压，以出席供证。
安华是在去年9月19日率先公布逾8分钟长的第一节“林甘影片”，揭露林甘涉及幕后操纵高级法官擢升的司法黑幕。不过在这段录影中，只显示林甘一人以手机通话。根据通话内容与脉络，相信电话另一端就是阿末法鲁斯。
接着安华在去年11月8日再公布第二节“林甘影片”的部分片段，在长达10秒钟的片段中，林甘亲口证实与他通话的正是阿末法鲁斯。有关片段是剪辑自尚未对外公布的其余6分钟长第二节“林甘影片”。
副首相纳吉在9月25日委任一个三人小组以鉴定司法丑闻影片的真伪，并给予一个月的时间完成调查。首相阿都拉则于12月12日宣布，政府根据三人小组的调查报告，决定成立一个皇家调查委员会，彻查已被鉴定为真实的“林甘影片”。
在皇委会成立的两天后，安华终于公布共长14分钟23秒的“林甘影片”完整版，显示林甘在讲完电话后一边喝着红酒，一边继续向一名在场的商人罗美桦炫耀本身的政商关系，并抖出更多有关幕后操纵高级法官擢升的内幕。
罗国本 日前已承认自己在2001年12月20日晚上受邀往林甘家共进晚餐时，在百般无聊的情况下摄录上述录影。此外，本地网络数码鉴证专家也证明影片未曾 遭到撰改 ，而西班牙的化验室亦证明影片中的谈话声音属于林甘。
但是林甘却辩称影片主角“样子象他，声音也很象他”，并表示若影片主角的确是他，大概是他当时喝醉了，所以才胡言乱语。他甚至表示，在本身的房子里头，他是国王，可以任凭他 胡说八道 。

以下是翻译自人民公正党所准备的英文影片对白：
林甘：宪法法官指宪法这么说，首相根据自己的意见推荐，那首相推荐谁呢？那你是赛丁（Dzaiddin），你是首席大法官，你推荐10个名字，我同意了，我说我要这15个名字，（你）不能做什么。他推荐给统治者，统治者只是给予咨询，不是批准，只是咨询，你了解吗？

林甘：现在赛丁要通过首相，因为他要他的“敦”头衔。所以......他竭尽所能取悦首相啦，但是他所推荐的5个法官，3个......3个都批准，他们都是敦尤索夫晋（Eusoff Chin）的人马，（另外）两个不是尤索夫晋的人马，也是我们所反对的。我准备了报告并拒绝......但是他还要再次上诉啦。
