Officers from the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry are in Kelantan to meet a 15-year-old girl who reportedly tied the knot with a 44-year old man, said its minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

This follows a report by the New Straits Times today on the marriage, which took place at Masjid Kampung Laut in Tumpat in July, with the approval of the Syariah Court.
