Focus Point Celebrates Glamour, Culture and Milestones with Miss Focus Point Dazzling & 35th Anniversary Giveaway Grand Draw

Malaysia’s leading optical retail chain, Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd (Focus Point), commemorated a remarkable event at Pavilion Damansara Heights, blending glamour, culture, and achievements. As the Official Eyewear Chain Store and Gold Sponsor of the Miss Tourism Inter national 2024 World Final, Focus Point proudly presented the Miss Focus Point Dazzling 2024 subsidiary title, marking over a decade of partnership with Miss Tourism International.

The prestigious event featured 40 international delegates competing for the coveted Miss Tourism International 2024 crown, all while showcasing Focus Point’s latest branded eyewear collections. The dazzling run way highlighted the brand’s celebration of individuality, confidence, and beauty that transcends borders.

A Star-Studded Panel of Judges

The selection of Miss Focus Point Dazzling 2024 was overseen by a distinguished panel of judges, including:

  • Ms. Choo Kah Wai, General Manager of Marketing, Pavilion Damansara Heights

  • Ms. Eugenee Ooi, Miss Malaysia Tourism Queen of the Year 2011

  • Ms. Joanne Lim, Artistic Director, Blueprint Design & Studio Sdn Bhd

The delegates walked the runway in stunning ensembles paired with Focus Point’s branded eyewear collec tion, judged on beauty, elegance, and stage presence. After two captivating sessions, Miss Tourism Indone sia, Ms. Nagia Halisa, was crowned Miss Focus Point Dazzling 2024 by Dato’ Liaw Choon Liang, President & CEO of Focus Point. Her poise and grace perfectly embodied the essence of the title.

Celebrating 35 Years of Excellence with the Giveaway Grand Draw

The event continued with excitement - Focus Point 35th Anniversary Giveaway Grand Draw. Culminating the six-month “Sharp Focus, Big Wins” Giveaway Campaign, Focus Point has successfully rewarded 35 customers with total prizes worth over RM200,000.

From May to October 2024, the campaign engaged customers across Malaysia with monthly contests, culmi nating in the grand finale. Among the 21 shortlisted participants invited to the event, the following prizes were awarded:

  • Grand Prize Winner: A brand-new BYD Dolphin electric vehicle

  • First Prize Winners (4): Brand-new Superlux BOS2000 EV bikes

The campaign underscored Focus Point’s appreciation for its loyal customers who have supported the brand for over three decades.
