At a forum entitled: 'Restructuring, Reforming or Rakyat?' held at the Chinese Assembly Hall yesterday, Klang MP Charles Santiago blasted the Selangor water concessions scheme as an organised blunder that burdened the poor in favour of water concession companies and the federal government.
