Delegates' conferences at 191 Umno divisions across the country, which officially began last Thursday, are gathering steam and already some surprises in voting trend have emerged, particularly in the Youth and to a smaller extent the Wanita chief posts.

With more than three weeks to go before nominations end on Nov 9, the journey has just begun and further surprises or upsets are possible.
