Fed up with Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s refusal to listen to their demands, the Malaysian Trade Union Congress (MTUC) will seek an unusual court order to compel the government to ‘re-amend’ the labour laws amendments passed by the last parliament.
