The High Court in Penang has fixed July 26 for case management on the corruption trial of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and businesswoman Phang Li Koon.
The move is to allow the appeal by Lim and Phang to challenge the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009.
This is to be heard on April 27, in the Court of Appeal in Putrajaya.
