The Selangor state executive council has suspended the enforcement of the controversial non-Muslim places of worship guidelines pending a review.

"Only the portion (of The Selangor Manual Guidelines and Selangor State Planning Standard) will be suspended and reviewed... It will be suspended until the review is completed.
