The family of Mohamad Fandi Rosli, who died after a teenager driving against the flow of traffic crashed into his car, is disappointed that there was no murder charge against the alleged offender.

This morning, Ng Pei Ven, was charged at the Bukit Mertajam magistrate's court with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs during the March 14 incident along the North-South Expressway.
