A Magistrate's Court in Putrajaya today ordered a 59-year-old secretary-general of a ministry and his two sons to be remanded for seven days.
The high-ranking government official arrived at 9.38am with his sons, aged 34 and 29, respectively.
DPP Ahmad Akram Gharib from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) told reporters that they have applied for the remand order under Section 117 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
