Modernise the role, functions and organisation of the police force

1. Adopt a new PDRM (Polis Di Raja Malaysia) motto. From 'Mesra, Cepat dan Betul' (Friendly, Swift and Right) to 'Mesra, Cekap dan Beramanah' (Friendly, Efficient and Trustworthy.)

2. Review and refine its vision statement .

3. Modify the mission and function of PDRM.

4. Strengthen PDRM's value system.

5. Develop a doctrine of PDRM leadership.
