The latest email dump by Wikileaks reveals efforts to lobby the United States administration to disassociate from Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

This was revealed in email exchanges between Soros Fund Management (SFM) spokesperson Michael Vachon and 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign chairperson, John Podesta.

The exchange between Podesta and Vachon revolved around a memo written by Open Society Global fellow John Pang, which among others urged the US administration to "disassociate" from Najib.
