PARLIAMENT Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia has hit back at Lim Lip Eng (DAP-Segambut).

This after the Segambut MP told the speaker off yesterday, saying he was appointed, not elected, and was a disgrace to Parliament.

Addressing the House, Pandikar said he was nominated as speaker by the leader of the House, and voted in by lawmakers, who were themselves elected by the people.
