The amended statement of claim on the suit filed by Shaariibuu Setev on the death of his daughter Altantuya has finally made its way to co-accused Sirul Azhar Umar at the Villawood Immigration Detention Centre in Sydney, Australia.

Lawyer Ram Karpal Singh confirmed with Malaysiakini today that the private process server his firm hired, after the Foreign Ministry failed to deliver the papers, has managed to serve them on Sirul.
