Mystery seems to shroud a company which was revealed to have allegedly received millions from the bank accounts of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

Malaysiakini paid a visit to Solar Shine Sdn Bhd at its listed address at Plaza Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur to seek its response to the allegations, but the directory at the building’s ground floor displayed the name of a different company - Steelwell Development Sdn Bhd.

The office located at the actual unit address is not Steelwell. Neither is it Solar Shine - the company which The Wall Street Journal had claimed in a March 31 report that some US$44 million (RM142.8 million) from Najib’s accounts allegedly went to the firm’s coffers...
