Inspector-general of police (IGP) Khalid Abu Bakar has reiterated that he will not apologise to Aminulrasyid Amzah's family after the High Court found him liable for public misfeasance in the case.

"I will not apologise because my statement was based on the facts of the case at that time," he said in a press conference in Kuala Lumpur today.
