Jessica Gurmeet Kaur and her family are expected to file a judicial review with an "explosive" affidavit on why the authorities are bent to terminate her work at the Attorney-General’s Chambers and revoke her permanent residency (PR).

Malaysia has been home to Jessica for more than 20 years before the sudden move, within a spate of days, that started with investigations by the authorities on her and former MACC adviser Rashpal Singh over the alleged leak of a purported charge sheet on Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.
