Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad is well aware that he, too, could face jail time if Pakatan Rakyat comes into power, former information minister Zainuddin Maidin says.

This is why the strenuous urgings for Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to buck up should not be seen as a personal attack but as a call to action for the greater good, Zainuddin said in his blog.
