Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai claims that Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has been secretly selling off plots of land, advertised as “open tender”, to certain parties.

Certain DBKL projects, advertised as open tender, have been secretly sold to some parties in the last two to three years, without an open tender, Tan said.
