Representatives from the offices of both PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang and PKR deputy president Azmin Ali have denied that Hadi had offered Azmin the post of Selangor menteri besar.

Hadi's political secretary Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar said the report was "libellous" and sought an apology from The Malaysian Insider , which had reported on the matter.
