Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai has chastised Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan for justifying the government’s plans to build a waste incinerator in Kuala Lumpur because of the residents’ refusal to segregate garbage.
