Suspended PKR member Badrul Hisham Shaharin, better known as 'Chegubard', has filed a written complaint with the party over alleged bribery involving top leaders and the party's election appeal board.

In a letter dated today and sighted by Malaysiakini , Badrul Hisham pointed to the accusation that went viral on the internet for the past two weeks.
