PARLIAMENT The setting up of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) in 2009 was the answer to the royal commission of inquiry’s (RCI) recommendation in 2005 to set up an Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC).
