Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad today said Umno had never advocated burning the Malay-language Bible which uses the word "Allah". 

He said what Ibrahim Ali, president of the Malay right-wing group Perkasa, said did not reflect the views of Umno.
