Port Klang Authority (PKA) chairperson Teh Kim Poh today justified the payment to bondholders of Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB), arguing that it was just a continuation of what Ong Tee Keat had done during the latter’s tenure as transport minister.
