The government plans to manufacture its own guided missiles and is eyeing technology from Bosnia and Brazil, Deputy Defense Minister Shafie Apdal said today.

The missile development programme was prompted by the recent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, Shafie was quoted as saying by the official Bernama news agency.
