The Selangor state government has said the appointment of Mohd Khusrin Munawi as the new state secretary is not final.

In what appears to put the Selangor Pakatan Rakyat government and the federal government on a collision course over Mohd Khusrin’s appointment, a statement issued by the menteri besar’s office states Khalid Ibrahim was never informed over the appointment.
