Karpal Singh (DAP-Bukit Gelugor) was asked to 'rest' until after the Dewan Rakyat’s lunch break at 2.30pm today after he questioned Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia's rejection of his motion over Chief Justice Zaki Azmi.
