Malaysia has one of the highest allocations for education compared to developed countries but still our education system is deteriorating, according to a senior lecturer who has taught for the past 20 years.

Senator S Ramakrishnan said despite the massive spending, achieving quality in education and producing a skilled and talented workforce still remain elusive targets with Malaysian education planners seeming now to have any solution.
