It's a full house this Saturday night at the Malaysiakini 10 th Anniversary Dinner at the Sime Darby Convention Centre in Bukit Kiara.
Over 1,000 people will be joining the Malaysiakini team to celebrate a decade's worth of independent journalism. Indeed, all seats have been sold out.
Guests can look forward to cocktails at 6.30pm before dinner, a good opportunity to meet and mingle as well as to visit the exhibition booths.

team," said chief executive officer Premesh Chandran.
A number of top VIPs are expected to join guests at the six-course gala dinner. It will be a night of good food, fun as well as a surprise or two in store.
Adding to the excitement, Tune Hotels.com will be sponsoring free stays in four major cities: Penang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu and Bali.

Editor-in-chief Steven Gan said it would be a special night for Malaysiakini as the online daily, which was launched on Nov 20, 1999, celebrates its anniversary only once every five years.

Well-known names like singer Reshmonu and comedian Joanne Kam Poh Poh will share the stage with fresh young talents Kraft, Amanda Imani and Elvira. To add some variety, the Tugu Drum Circle will also be performing along with dance troupe Dance 09.

Both Iking and Quah are much in demand as event hosts, and will surely liven up MAD with their excellent chemistry.
