It is still a mystery for everyone as to how an aide of a Selangor state executive councillor, Teoh Beng Hock could have plunged to his death from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters in Shah Alam.

No one saw the incident, said a top MACC official.
