With less than 24 hours to go before the by-election in Bukit Selambau, PKR candidate S Manikumar today faced a new allegation aimed at sullying his reputation.

A police report was lodged against the PKR man over claims that he had cheated a chicken trader by selling a ‘cut-and-fix' second hand Suzuki Futura pick-up for RM13,500 in 2006.
