I take great pleasure to inform your readers that the Bar Council has intervened in this matter and has spoken to the Legal Qualifying Board to give candidates an opportunity to re-sit the paper that the candidates were late attending or failed to attend.

This is provided candidates pass the remaining papers.

On behalf of those who missed the examination as well as those who turned up late, we are grateful to Malaysian Bar Council President Ambiga Sreenevasan, National Young Lawyers Committee Chairperson Roger Tan and CLP Chairperson and Director Muniandy Kannyappan for helping out in this situation.
