One month and still no response from TMNet

I refer to the letter In a fix over Streamyx .

Sometime this year, I was informed by some of my customers and business associates using TMNet services that they were not able to access a training website provided by my company.

I verified this myself and found this to be the case indeed. However, when in other countries, this did not appear to be the case. For example, when in Singapore and Taiwan, I was able to access the website without any issue.

I proceeded to log a call to TMNet regarding this issue. This was sometime in early April and I was told that they would look into it. A week or so later, as I was still experiencing the same problem, I called them again.

I received the same response but unsurprisingly, nothing was done. I called again another week later and this time, I was told to collect some information and sent it to TMNet, which I promptly did on the May 7.

Since this was the first time I was asked a different question, I thought things would be on the right track now. How wrong I was.

Over a month later, nothing has been done. Each time I call or send a follow-up e-mail, the same old story is spewed. I have kept a record of these correspondences.

TMNet claims to have attempted to contact me several times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and provided them with a different set of contact details that I access more frequently. I am not surprised that even with this update, no one has contacted me.

As I doubt that through the conventional channels anything will be done, I hope by writing this letter, it will assist me in highlighting my plight to the appropriate individuals at TMNet.

If this is the best TMNet's customer service can do, there is no point in having one. I think in waiting, I have been patient enough - waiting for more than a month.

Honestly, if I had any other alternative, I would choose a different service provider. I am sure most other Malaysians feel the same.
