Once again contradictory decisions are made. By banning the film 'Lelaki Komunis Terakhir', the authorities are banning and trying to censor history.

In these days of the Internet, it is ridiculous to ban this Malaysian-produced movie.

Let both sides be heard. Let the public judge. Only a minority anti-communists are vocal.

Truth cannot be banned or suppressed.

Let the movie be aired.

After all, even Chin Peng's book My Side of History and other books are openly sold and available and there has been no adverse reaction.

Why ban history?
