I refer to the controversy relating to the current haze and the government's inability or not having the willpower to confront the Indonesian government over it as outlined in the letter Haze: Accept it with positive attitude .

I think it is pointless just moaning about it so what I would suggest is for Malaysians to either individually or collectively file a suit against the Indonesian government and serve the summons to the local Indonesian embassy. Only that way will both the governments actually sit down and talk about it.

It is quite useless to ask everyone to stay indoors all the time as not all of us have the luxury of working in air-conditioned offices, dining in air-conditioned restaurants or getting chauffeur- driven in air-conditioned cars to give speeches about haze in air-conditioned convention centres.

Let us just sue the pants off those responsible.
