Showing BN the door over petrol hike
Fed Up Rakyat | May 9, 05 1:06pm
Like many ordinary Malaysians, I am upset that the price of petrol has gone up by 10 sen. No matter how the government tries to explain its rationale for the increase, nothing matters anymore. I am simply fed-up.

Given time, the chain reaction of the petrol price hike on other commodities will take effect and the ones who are going to suffer will be the ordinary ‘us’.

Since our leaders use the price of oil (globally) to justify an increase on our petrol (domestically), will they then bring down the price when world oil price start to drop? The government must give us an undertaking on this.

If they do that, then I guess I can live with this momentary 10 sen increase. But if they are not going to do it, then come the next general election, I will have no choice but to show Barisan Nasional the door.
